Water Damage In Confined Spaces

This customer had a pipe break in the ceiling of her crawlspace, resulting in standing water throughout and damage to the insulation panels on the ceiling.

SERVPRO responded quickly to extract 2" of standing water, removed the affected insulation, and replaced the plastic covering that was over the dirt floor.

In this space, our water technicians had to do everything while laying flat due to the height of the crawlspace only being 4' tall. We often find ourselves needing to service water damages that happen in confined spaces. Luckily, we're prepared with the appropriate PPE like gloves, masks and especially tear resistant coveralls.
