SERVPRO of Southern York County responds to 100 of water damages per year. This job was no different than most, but in this case a full demo was necessary to dry the structure. 

As you can see in the before and after photos the drywall was falling down it was so saturated. Behind the saturated drywall is saturated insulation. In this case SERVPRO needed to remove the damaged drywall and insulation as the framing was also wet. In certain situation SERVPRO can save the drywall, and seldom time the insulation. In this case due to the length of time and the risk of mold, the decision was made to remove the materials.
