While in the process of getting ready to put a house up on the market, we realized that we needed a deep cleaning for the downstairs basement and family room. We were under time constraints, but it was a job beyond our capabilities. I called SERVPRO. They were responsive, they got an estimate to us right away and worked with us to meet our deadline. SERVPRO cleaned a basement that was covered in construction dust/dirt from floor to ceiling. All parts of the basement were vacuumed and wiped down to restore usability.

My sewer pipe was blocked and caused the waste and waste water to flow into my basement. Setting up the appointment was easy and my basement was so clean. It surprised me. Everything was cleaned, disinfected and you couldn't smell anything unpleasant. I was so impressed. They even offered to dispose of the wet vac I attempted to clean the mess up with, after I told them I was throwing it out. Saved me such a headache. They had me take a look before they left and were so courteous while here. I work remote and even though there were sounds from the equipment, they were as quiet as they could be so I wasn't interrupted unnecessarily. I will always use this office if I have another issue they can assist with.
